3. PROPOSALS, PAYMENTS, AND FEES
Pricing: All service fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are based on the scope of work and are subject to change for new projects.
Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay the fees as outlined in the service proposal. Typically, this involves an advance payment before the commencement of work and subsequent payments based on project milestones or a monthly retainer schedule. All payments must be made on or before the due date.
Third-Party Costs: The Client is responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to ad spend (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), domain registration fees, and hosting fees. These costs are separate from our service fees and are payable directly by the Client or will be billed separately.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services, the Client agrees to:
● Provide all necessary access to information, such as login credentials for social media, hosting, and analytics accounts.
● Provide all necessary content, such as text, images, and branding materials, in a timely manner.
● Cooperate with us and provide prompt feedback and approvals as required.
● Delays on the Client’s part may result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon receipt of full and final payment, the intellectual property rights for the final, delivered work (such as a completed website design) will be transferred to the Client. We retain the right to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the purpose of marketing and in our portfolio.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While we strive to provide the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a #1 ranking on Google, a specific number of leads, or a specific increase in sales. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is strictly limited to the amount of the service fee paid by the Client for the project in question.
8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.

Refund Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of:
● Duplicate payment or gateway error.
● Failure of service activation due to a verified issue from our end.
● Refund requests must be submitted to support@digipulse.co.in
within 7 working days of the transaction, along with payment proof.
● Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Use of Services
You agree not to:
● Use our Services for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes.
● Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party terms.
● Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software or APIs without written consent.
● Interfere with our servers or network security.
