DigiPulse provides:

  • Onboarding and number registration assistance

  • Messaging infrastructure services
  • Technical integration support
  • DigiPulse acts as a technology service provider and does not represent Meta Platforms Inc.

3. Eligibility

The Client must:

  • Be legally authorized to operate a business
  • Comply with all applicable laws
  • Follow WhatsApp and Meta policies
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if compliance requirements are not met.

4. Account Activation

Once onboarding begins and API setup is initiated:

  • Service is considered delivered
  • Infrastructure costs are incurred
  • Activation is irreversible
  • All activated services are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Maintain opt-in records
  • Avoid spam or unsolicited messaging
  • Follow WhatsApp Commerce & Messaging policies
  • Maintain Facebook Business Manager health
  • DigiPulse is not liable for account bans or restrictions caused by user actions.

6. Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in advance.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before billing date.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigiPulse shall not be liable for:

  • Business loss
  • Revenue loss
  • Account suspensions
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if :

  • Policies are violated
  • Payment defaults occur
  • Fraudulent activity is detected

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

5. Payments & Billing

●  All payments must be made online through our approved payment gateway(s).
●  All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and subject to applicable taxes.
●  DigiPulse reserves the right to modify prices and billing terms with prior notice.
●  Invoices are automatically generated after each successful transaction.


Refund Policy
Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of:
●  Duplicate payment or gateway error.
●  Failure of service activation due to a verified issue from our end.
●  Refund requests must be submitted to support@digipulse.co.in
    within 7 working days of the transaction, along with payment proof.
●  Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Use of Services

You agree not to:
●  Use our Services for spam, fraud, or illegal purposes.
●  Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or third-party terms.
●  Reverse engineer, copy, or resell our software or APIs without written consent.
●  Interfere with our servers or network security.
●  Violation of these terms may lead to suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and trademarks associated with DigiPulse are the property of DigiPulse.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
